1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 163jl website and platform, including the game lobby, account dashboard, promotions, and any related services. 3. Account Security

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are subject to minimum amounts as displayed in your account. A deposit is considered confirmed once it has been verified and credited to your 163jl balance. Processing times vary by payment method and are outside 163jl's direct control once a transfer is initiated from your side.

163jl does not accept deposits made via credit cards or cryptocurrency. Attempted deposits through unsupported methods will be returned where possible; 163jl is not responsible for funds lost through unsupported payment channels.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment method in PHP. Before any withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC identity verification. This involves submitting a valid government-issued ID and any additional documentation 163jl may request to confirm your identity.

• Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum amounts as shown in your account.
• Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

• 163jl reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification or fraud review.

5. Games and Betting Rules

If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance associated with the account — including pending withdrawals and active bonuses — may be forfeited. Legitimate balances in accounts closed for non-violation reasons will be returned to you via your registered payment method in PHP after any required verification is completed.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any active bonuses at the time of closure will be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

163jl provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain consistent availability and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned technical issues may affect availability periodically.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 163jl will not be liable for:
